  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, global trends affecting Real Estate
  • Advanced qualification in Quantity Surveying/Project Management/Building Engineering, Design, Architecture
  • Strong background in business development, client management, and project delivery at scale and proven track record in work winning
  • Strong network across the Real Estate ecosystem (developers, investors, advisors)
  • An inspirational leader with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of EU&I market dynamics.
