

Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive adoption and revenue
Identify, attract, and onboard both suppliers and buyers to the platform
Lead commercial negotiations and partnership discussions
Lead the 0→1 launch of the marketplace and drive early liquidity
Build and manage the early team required to execute launch and growth plans
Take ownership of the company’s vision, go-to-market plan, and commercial roadmap
Build foundational relationships with key suppliers, distributors, and enterprise buyers
Establish and embed a culture of accountability, pace, and commercial focus
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, supply/demand acquisition, and growth models
Hands-on startup experience with a bias for action and results
Experience working in a venture-backed or high-growth environment
Experience launching or scaling a marketplace or B2B platform
Background in metals, materials, industrial supply chain, or related B2B industries
