Cleaner Lead

Description

The Lead Cleaner III leads a cleaning team, providing direction, motivation, and guidance. The position works the night shift from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM and pays $20.17 per hour, with the exact rate depending on experience, location, and market data.

• Lead and direct cleaning team members
• Communicate between team, client, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to supervisor
• Assist in training new cleaning staff
• Coordinate work assignments and create daily/weekly schedules
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards
• Submit work orders for maintenance
• Ensure premises remain secured at all times
• Schedule jobs with property managers and crew alongside manager
• Verify job quality and confirm completion with manager
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Coordinate equipment usage and maintain inventories

Requirements
