Senior Project Manager, Power T&D

Description

• Lead high-impact projects that modernize the electric grid.
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
• Direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with industry leaders on cutting-edge infrastructure work.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Maintain strict safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, engineering, procurement, construction support, and closeout.

Requirements

*Must be based in around greater Seattle, WA area.

We’re looking for someone with a blend of technical depth, leadership, and client-facing experience — someone who thrives managing complex projects from design through construction support.

• 10–20 years of experience managing Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects.
• Proven track record delivering multimillion-dollar utility projects.
• Experience with regional utilities (e.g., PGE, BPA, PacifiCorp, PSE, SCL) highly preferred.
• Prior engineering consulting experience strongly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or Construction Management).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.

Benefits

Compensation: Base Salary $160,000 - $200,000
