This opportunity provides leadership within a sector of the organization, ensuring advisory services, technical deliverables, infrastructure projects and programs meet or exceed industry and company standards for design, safety, and functionality. The role is responsible for subject‑matter expertise, innovation, and administration while guaranteeing compliance with local, state, and federal engineering, construction, financial, and safety regulations.
The incumbent will lead advisory services projects, establishing clear expectations for contributors, managing budgets, tracking hours and expenses, and supervising subcontractors, external stakeholders, and employees. They will guide interdisciplinary teams in producing feasibility studies, reports, and recommendations, and deliver high‑level strategic advice through client presentations and meetings.
Supporting profitable project performance, the leader will contribute to the long‑term strategy, growth, and pipeline development of advisory services, focusing on social infrastructure opportunities in transportation and buildings. They will help craft an internal vision and mission for the Social Infrastructure discipline, run discipline meetings, and act as a liaison to federal, state, and local agencies, clients, and industry groups.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning or a related field, twelve or more years of relevant experience, and strong leadership, communication, analytical, and adaptability skills. Preferred qualifications are a graduate degree, advanced experience in social infrastructure and real‑estate project delivery, and proficiency in financial analysis.
