Participate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions; provides conceptual
lead and promote the achievement of safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences.
Coordinate the production stage of Joinery units with the factory and make sure its following project design, budget, program, and quality standards, Estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects; monitor and coordinate work performed by staff. Plan and organize resources in advance
Identify and understand key risks and opportunities in all aspects of the project. This will include head contracts, designs, budgets, authorities and project delivery.
Develop and monitor procurement strategies to ensure suppliers meet project specifications and program.
Create an environment for exceptional team performance to ensure the teams, roles, skills and behavior are aligned with the company objectives and project requirements.
Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; performs project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.
