• Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner / People Partner in a large, multi‑site organisation with a significant frontline workforce.
• Complex employee relations casework.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills.
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Strong experience leading TUPE transfers and contract mobilisations.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing redundancy and organisational change programmes.
• Proven track record of independently managing complex ER casework.
