Coordinates manufacturing activities and monitors schedule performance against plan.

Oracle/ERP experience preferred.
Very detail-oriented, pays close attention to all the small particulars when working on tasks or projects.
Strong analytical capabilities, personal skills and independent problem resolution.
Data access/retrieval skills with experience in data analysis, data manipulation using MS Excel and/or other tools as provided. As well as, working knowledge of ERP system.
Experience with production scheduling
Must have the ability to identify problems, create solutions, and make recommendations.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or customer service.
APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to effectively make decisions with limited time and information and determine decision making criteria based on priorities.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. Advanced excel skills preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
