Deliver comprehensive preconstruction services with minimal oversight.
Collaborate with project teams during design and preconstruction phases to ensure smooth project transitions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, vendors and clients.

Communicate with Design, Project Developers, Accounting, and Project Management teams throughout the life of the project as needed.
