Global Offer Leader – Quality Performance & Commissioning (Aerospace, Defense & Space)

As a Global Offer Leader, you will act as a trusted advisor and business driver for Quality Performance & Commissioning offers across Aerospace, Defense & Space clients. You will shape and develop our portfolio in Quality Assurance & Inspection, Supplier Industrial Performance, and Product Commissioning, while supporting business development and client engagement.This role combines strong technical expertise with commercial leadership, requiring the ability to articulate value, influence client decisions, and coordinate with international teams.

• Act as the enterprise lead during pre-sales and business development phases: gather client needs, identify pain points, and propose tailored solutions.
• Ensure offers are aligned with industry standards, regulations, and certification requirements in Aerospace & Defense.
• Contribute to the creation of reusable frameworks, best practices, and internal capability building.
• Communicating and promoting vacancies
• Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job
• Define and lead the global offer strategy for Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection, Industrial Performance, and Commissioning services.
• Support global delivery teams during critical projects and commissioning phases when required.

• Develop technical proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and support RFP responses in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Quality methodologies, inspection processes, supplier performance management, and product commissioning.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers at key clients (Airbus, Dassault, Safran, Thales, etc.) to anticipate needs and position Expleo as a preferred partner.
• Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required

• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in a consulting, engineering services, or systems integration company.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks in Aerospace & Defense (EASA, EN9100, NADCAP, etc.).
• Deep expertise in Quality Assurance & Inspection processes, including standards, audits, and certification practices.
• Proven track record in Product Commissioning and validation of complex systems and equipment.
• Solid experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global initiatives and manage multi-country delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital quality tools (PLM, MES, digital inspection, data analytics for quality performance).
• Extensive experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, ideally with direct exposure to clients such as Airbus, Dassault, Safran, or Thales.
• Strong knowledge of Supplier Industrial Performance management and methods to qualify and monitor product performance.
