The analyst will work closely with factories, business units and the central Marketing & Sales organization to interpret market dynamics, competitor performance and financial data. This collaboration enables effective target setting, budgeting and strategic planning while fostering a data‑driven culture across the company.
Key duties include analysing market trends and historical performance to generate reliable forecasts, providing demand projections for annual and mid‑term planning cycles, and translating insights into actionable inputs for factory planning and business strategy. The analyst also gathers competitor information on pricing, market share, product positioning and regional trends to create structured intelligence that informs commercial decisions.
Data extraction, cleansing and analysis are performed across systems such as Salesforce, SAP and other business databases. The role requires building and maintaining dashboards, reports and presentations using Power BI and advanced Excel features, conducting ad‑hoc analyses for management, and ensuring consistency of data, assumptions and methodologies among stakeholders.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, statistics, mathematics or a related discipline and have demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting within a commercial or market‑intelligence environment. Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel, along with basic statistical knowledge and strong analytical and communication skills, is essential.
