Description

The Workplace Experience Manager – also called the HSBC Workplace Experience Champion – is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and building community within the HSBC workspace. This role serves as the main point of contact for HSBC colleagues and their visitors, delivering memorable experiences.

Core duties include organizing and promoting community‑driven events, maintaining a local event calendar aligned with regional initiatives, and supporting Experience Ambassadors in event execution. The Champion also raises awareness of community partnerships and manages content for Workplace Apps and other communication platforms.

Day‑to‑day, the role acts as the “go‑to” person for workplace matters, answering questions, providing solutions, and developing strong relationships with in‑country stakeholders to enhance colleague experience. Feedback interpretation and translation into service improvements are essential.

Requirements

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in customer service, events, sales or related fields, with a background in co‑working, corporate real estate or start‑ups considered a plus. Required skills include proficient MS Office, flexible shift work, excellent verbal and written communication, and a university degree is advantageous. Preferred attributes are a proactive, positive attitude, strong networking ability, passion for the Future of Work model, and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
