Assist with the training of others to ensure compliance, e.g. New staff/inductions
Spooling and packing finished products for transport to customers to meet on-time delivery schedules
The mechanical assembly of termination parts and subsea connectors, including the swaging of hydraulic and pneumatic hoses and their integration with stab plates, winches, and QRCs, is conducted per manufacturing specifications.
Ensure that the machine and working environment are clean and tidy and complies with Health and Safety requirements/policy
To understand JDR’s supplied procedures, packing and load-out specifications/drawings to guarantee the product is packed as per customer/JDR requirements.
In-process and final testing, termination and inspection of all manufactured products by and within JDR accordance with individual manufacturing specifications, FAT procedures, quality plans, relevant JQ procedures and any other test criteria laid down by the Design or Quality Departments.
