Oversee all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and general repairs.
Help build positive relationships with university partners, local officials, neighbors, and vendors.
Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team, fostering professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.
Implement and manage all preventive maintenance and safety programs.
Partner with the Regional Facilities Manager to monitor capital projects and long-term maintenance planning.
Track and manage maintenance spending, ensuring alignment with budget goals.
Respond to emergencies and participate in emergency preparedness planning.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue-generating opportunities (e.g., resident bill-backs).
