The Leasing Consultant supports leasing operations and financial performance of an assigned apartment community. Core duties include engaging prospective residents, conveying the value of living at a MAA community, and securing lease agreements. You will also screen applicants, manage lease expirations and renewals, assist with marketing initiatives, and coordinate resident events.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or leasing. Knowledge of federal, state, and local apartment‑management regulations is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
