Utility Technical Coordination Intern – Summer 2026

Description

• Research and collect technical data to support manager and Utility team.
• Assist in preparation of specifications for projects.
• Coordinate and track project submittals.
• May assist with project data input, project logs and document control.
• Prepare and, track permit application, including engineering reports for regulatory agency review and approval.
• Assist in production, coordination, organization and documentation of projects and utility plans.

Requirements

• SPECIAL SKILLS: Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases. Math skills to perform simple calculations. Writing and communication skills.
• Formal business and soft-skills training on topics such as time management, resilience, emotional intelligence, feedback, and communication
• EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent.
