Extensive experience in the leadership of engineering and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects through both EPCM and EPC execution models.
Proven capability to build front end commercial strength (pre contracts, estimating, risk).
Strong commercial acumen. You have solid experience in Profit & Loss (P/L) management, commercial contracts, and negotiation.
Deep understanding of the Western Australian market dynamics and a track record of growing market share.
15+ years’ experience in engineering, project development and project management specifically within the resources sector.
An exceptional leader and have demonstrated experience in managing and leading multiple teams while nurturing a strong organisational culture.
Bachelor of Engineering degree or a post graduate degree in a related field.
