As a Facilities Services Coordinator, you will support departmental needs for office space, moves, furniture, equipment and telecommunications while overseeing both planned and unexpected renovation projects. You will provide direct support for small to medium‑scale move projects, space planning, and vendor coordination, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers.

The position is based on‑site in Silver Spring, MD, with a standard schedule of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The base salary is $68,500 per year, with a compensation range estimated between $68,500 and $73,000 depending on qualifications and market factors.
