We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled In-House Counsel with a strong background in insurance law. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of insurance matters, employment law and related matters and help with collection related matters including filing liens and negotiating with insurance carriers. This roles is 100% on-site in Encino, California.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing insurance law, including experience in corporate or in-house settings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in California.
