Maintain detailed site records, including photographic and written documentation, to verify work completion and quality.
Provide onsite verification of works, contractors' QA systems, and all other onsite activities for designated projects.
Offer real-time feedback on construction issues to the project team and stakeholders.
Become accredited with associations and participate in external committees
Support Project Engineers, Managers, and Directors to ensure effective project delivery while taking responsibility for day-to-day surveillance of assigned project elements.

Demonstrated experience working on Civil Construction projects with light rail experience desirable. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is desirable but not essential,
Proven experience in technical surveillance or quality assurance within engineering or construction, with a strong track record of managing and verifying onsite activities.
Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, Australian Standards, and construction documentation.
Excellent client and stakeholder relationship management skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing team.
