Description

The Regional Operations Support Coordinator manages the customer experience and sales backlog for an assigned group of regional sales representatives. The role ensures first‑contact resolution, superior service, and coordinated order processing to create loyal, satisfied customers.

• Serve as primary contact for assigned regional sales reps, developing deep knowledge of each account.
• Coordinate daily operations for the regional rep base to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Manage and maintain the regional order backlog, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Accept, verify, and route sales orders to appropriate distribution centers to minimize freight cost and meet delivery timelines.
• Oversee material requirement planning to replenish inventory levels for assigned reps.
• Schedule and coordinate customer pick‑up orders in the Will Call center with production teams.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve fulfillment issues promptly.
• Provide direction to internal teams to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma, 1–3 years of customer service experience, typing at least 35 wpm, proficient computer skills, strong communication and teamwork.
