- Use of Tools and Equipment: Utilizing a variety of tools and equipment to perform service tasks, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Monitor service vehicle and make sure to keep it clean
- Maintain vehicle registration
- Customer Education: Educating customers on proper maintenance, care, and use of windows and doors to prevent future issues.
- Perform services on all windows and doors whether it be due to installation or manufacturing
- Promote the RbA Culture of “Let's be great together” with every interaction
- On-Site Service Calls: Conducting on-site service calls to customers' homes to assess and address issues with windows, doors, or related products.
- Make decisions based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need service attention
- Push and pull larger equipment/products frequently
- Customer Interactions: Direct interaction with customers to understand their concerns, explain service procedures, and address any questions they may have.
- Hands-On Work: Performing hands-on tasks such as repairs, adjustments, and replacements of window and door components to meet quality standards.
- Perform assessments of window/door issues and potential installation issues

- Good Maneuver safely on uneven terrain or in tight spaces frequently vision. Must be able to see minor glass defects and read tape measure
- Have Rforce experience
- Ability to lift 75lbs on a consistent basis, sometimes more than 100 lbs.
- Professional Appearance and Conduct: Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct while interacting with customers and representing the company.
- Punctuality is critical
- Ability to work safely on ladders up to 30+ feet for an extended period of time
- 2 years in home remodeling
- Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation
- Experience in a finish carpentry industry
- Comfortable checking and responding to emails
- Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Lead Safe Certification preferred
- Ability to set up, adjust, and operate a metal brake to bend, shape, and form materials according to specifications.
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Window and Door maintenance preferable
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Suite products
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing
- Ability to work independently
- Technology Use: Regular use of technology, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, communication tools, and other software to manage and track customer interactions.
- Ability to carry ladders, windows and doors
- Working an iPad
- Clean driving record
- Highly organized with the ability to reflect empathy to customers
- Ability to squat, bend, walk, stand, twist and reach frequently
- Excellent motor skills
