Plant Administrator

• Keep internal communication systems up to date.
• Assist HR with onboarding and plant assignment for new hires.
• Coordinate plant and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Process purchase orders, fuel cards, and invoices.
• Support the Plant Manager and office team with day-to-day administration.
• Manage plant records, inspection sheets, and compliance documentation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills to support our nationwide civil engineering operations.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in construction, plant hire, or engineering environments preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar admin or plant/fleet coordination role.
• Confident IT user (Sage, Sicon, or GoCodes an advantage).
