Requirements

Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders
A recognised L&D qualification such as CIPD Level 5 Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience designing and delivering learning interventions across technical, behavioural and leadership programmes
Expertise in digital learning solutions and evidence-based approaches to behaviour change
Experience in project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall
