- Administer and maintain Veolia’s Ecologic sustainability reporting platform, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and customers on reporting queries, system access, and user management.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies across Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Tableau to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular data audits and quality‑control measures to maintain data integrity and transparency.
- Identify system enhancements and process improvements to elevate user experience and efficiency.
- Provide outstanding stakeholder management and customer service skills to support diverse user groups.
