  • Process weekly check-runs / disbursements.
  • Perform AP related accruals and other month-end related journal entries.
  • Expedite special payment requests and follow-through on vendor issues. Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate entries to the GL.
  • Review, audit and enter weekly expense reports while ensuring the company travel policy is being followed.
  • Interact and assist internal and external customers with inquiries, problem resolution, training and other informational requests.
