The successful candidate will manage email and diary, maintain SharePoint sites, take meeting minutes, coordinate meetings and events, handle travel bookings, process expenses, manage online filing, process purchase orders and invoices, provide first‑level troubleshooting, format investment committee and board papers, produce high‑quality presentations, and assist with staff onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Manage email inboxes and diaries for Head of Marketing – Office and Head of Development – Office.
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and agenda preparation.
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodation in line with company policy.
- Process expense claims and ensure compliance with policy.
- Oversee online filing system and control access for staff.
- Submit purchase orders, invoices, new supplier setups, and Capex requests via procurement system.
- Provide first‑level troubleshooting support to senior heads.
- Format and produce Investment Committee and Board papers, presentations, reports, and letters following style guidelines.
- Assist with staff onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.
- Foster relationships within the wider EA/PA community.
