The Learning Technology Business Solutions Manager will plan, manage, and implement learning‑technology solutions within the Human Capital Management (HCM) product team. This role offers technical direction to internal and external stakeholders, aligns initiatives with business objectives, and works closely with HR and business leaders to define learning requirements and integrate them with other HR systems, leveraging platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Workday.
Key responsibilities include supporting and evolving Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), and related tools; maintaining a roadmap for all learning software, overseeing release processes, and staying current on technology and industry trends. The manager will conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, develop training and communication materials, and act as the primary liaison for reporting, integration enhancements, and escalation with IT and the broader HCM product team.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, educational technology, software engineering, learning technologies, or a related discipline and possess at least six years of experience supporting enterprise learning technologies in a SaaS environment. Required expertise includes SuccessFactors, Blackboard, Degreed or Moodle, standards such as SCORM and xAPI, integration protocols like SAML and OAuth, and data tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. Experience in change management, business‑case development, ROI analysis, vendor relations, process documentation, and consultative stakeholder partnerships is also essential, together with strong project‑management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
