The Account Specialist manages customer orders from inquiry through paid invoice, resolves shipping and pricing errors, and researches customer complaints. The base salary for this role ranges from $54,200 to $74,500 annually, with actual pay determined by experience, skills, and education. The position also qualifies for an incentive bonus.
