- C Class driver’s license
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent planning and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant scientific or engineering field
- Substantial trade experience in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or instrumentation disciplines
- Solid technical chops in operating and maintaining membrane treatment plants.
- Considerable experience in membrane or water treatment process design, operations, or troubleshooting.
- Operations and maintenance and technical knowledge
- Access to long service leave pro rata after 3 years of service
- Purchase additional leave of up to 12 weeks or work 4 years at a reduced salary and take the fifth year off as paid leave
