Lead the planning, design, and development of client-facing presentations and pursuit materials
Support external communications including website updates, blogs, press releases, and digital content
Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to align marketing efforts with strategic growth initiatives
Provide guidance and mentorship to Marketing Coordinators and Senior Marketing Coordinators, providing feedback and ensuring quality across all submissions
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, quality, and scalability of marketing operations
Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing assets including project descriptions, resumes, firm overviews, brochures, and digital collateral
Manage and oversee the development of complex RFQ, RFP, and Bid submissions, including leading strategy sessions and managing timelines
Coordinate with outside vendors (print, creative agencies, photographers) as needed

6-9 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management capacity, preferably in the construction, architecture, or engineering industry
Working knowledge of marketing tools (CRM, email marketing platforms, CMS) a plus
