- Translate design intent into accurate, high-quality technical documents.
- Conduct product and code research; integrate findings into project documents.
- Support team leaders in ensuring documentation across all phases meets HOK Best Practice Standards and QA/QC requirements.
- Produce and review drawings and presentations (2D, 3D, and physical models) to support client and project team reviews.
- Manage project data, ensure proper documentation standards, and maintain archives.
- Coordinate project information with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Collaborate with project architects and project managers to develop and modify architectural documents, ensuring design intent is carried through drawings, elevations, sections, and details.
- Foster strong communication within project teams and with external partners.
- Contribute to sustainable design by integrating green practices and supporting HOK’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and construction administration support.
- Mentor junior staff, providing guidance on design and technical solutions; may supervise small project teams.
