- Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Sheet Metal Supervisor or Company management.
- Operate machines under a certified operator.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Stock supplies; at time using a forklift.
- Assist experienced sheet metal workers.

- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to follow oral and written instructions properly.
- Learn basic factory environment and basic on machines.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
- 1 year manufacturing facility experience referred.
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.
- Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
- Must be able to read tape measurements and do basic math.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.
- Ability to learn how to operate machines needed to complete tasks.
- Drive forklift.
