Learn about how a locomotive works through training and shadowing and through the assignment of relevant tasks to build up your practical knowledge.
Interface with different areas of the RAMP, Modifications and Engineering departments and learn about how collaboration drives success
Work with all the different RAMP groups; starting with the mechanical desk to follow train operations in Wilmington, DE, then having the option to move on to our expert data analytics team or Engineering teams in our Siemens New Castle, DE facility. Continue to work through the processing and interpretation of data and insights by working with our performance and change managers to make final decisions related to important business outcomes.
Learn about analytical programs such as Power BI and Spotfire; create reports and dashboards that contribute to actionable outcomes
