Description

• Coordinate and integrate architectural and consultant construction documents, including redlining, detail review, QA/QC checks, and consultant coordination.
• Generate creative design solutions within project functional parameters.
• Translate concepts and information into visual images.
• Prepare and complete usable construction documents detailing solutions.
• Assist in creating and managing project schedules.
• Develop and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Lead studio team members, leveraging strengths and providing mentorship.
• Proactively resolve issues between project, design, and technical objectives with the Project Manager.
• Apply industry standards, construction practices, methods, and timelines.
• Stay current with new methodologies, codes, practices, and products.
• Attend and conduct project presentations.
• Manage client relationships.
• Manage overall project fees and schedules.
• Lead and collaborate effectively in diverse project teams.

Requirements

Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Project Architect for our Data Centers team. You will work alongside creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate is eager to take on increasing responsibilities and expand their expertise.

• In‑office position requiring onsite work.
• Hold a NAAB‑accredited professional degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Professional registration or anticipated registration required.
• 5+ years commercial architecture experience, including managing large teams on large‑scale projects.
• Experience preparing full design documentation, construction administration, and consultant coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit preferred; other 3D software a plus.
• High commitment to QA/QC.
• Strong marketing and client‑relations capabilities.
• Expertise in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence.
• Thorough understanding of drawing set assembly and constructability.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Flexible attitude with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the country; visa sponsorship not available.
