Proven ability to lead training sessions and bridge communication between cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, production, QA, engineering).

Strong expertise in designing and delivering technical & “hands-on” training programs, via the use of AI software utilizing adult learning principles for diverse audiences. This includes the development of one-sheet Job Aids, Student Workbooks, development of advanced Quiz and in-class exercises.
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), AI-driven training content development tools, AI-driven video production tools and other training technologies.
Flexibility to manage ad-hoc tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
3–5 years minimum of experience in a bi-lingual training role, ideally within security systems, fire alarm, or life safety industries.
Must be able to travel across Canada and occasionally to the United States for training delivery.
In-depth technical knowledge of TX3 and if possible also fire product lines, including hardware and software, to troubleshoot escalated issues effectively.
Capability to troubleshoot hardware issues and work with RMA teams for in-depth analysis.
