Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
Clean common, amenity and ground areas on a daily basis. Water and upkeep community landscaping as instructed. Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup. Rake, sweep, shovel as circumstances warrant.
Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
Responsible for maintaining the required community uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the community or residents; initiates action to correct unsafe conditions.
Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the community and/or the company.
Assist with “make-ready” and/or miscellaneous duties when requested by the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager. Other miscellaneous duties as required.
Responsible for daily upkeep of the community buildings and grounds that includes cleaning and removing of trash.
