Contributes to the development of System Start Up Matrices and collaborates with Project Managers on schedule development for their specified disciplines.
Responsible for verification in the field and commissioning software that all deliverables are uploaded, filled out accurately, and field installations meet the design requirements.
Works on building out the commissioning software with the correct dependencies for proper tracking and equipment/system turn over.
Integrates schedules into the commissioning software to assist with Key project indicators.
Runs commissioning meetings with the subcontractors to ensure proper project turnover.
Tracks commissioning issues for quick and efficient closure.
Maintains training portfolio to ensure they are compliant with the company and industry standards to preform work.
Reviews drawings, specifications, Sequence of Operations, and design specs to create testing documents for commissioning testing requirements.

Excellent organizational, leadership, communications and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field and 1 to 2 years of experience in commissioning preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of the commissioning processes and procedures for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
Ability to train, coach, and lead staff.
