We have an opportunity in the greater Chicagoland area for an experienced Senior Project Manager with HVAC project success to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects ($5+ million) from inception to completion. As our company continues to expand, we want you to grow and develop with us!

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible for positions that require participation in the company’s fleet program. This is a requirement for roles involving the operation of company vehicles.

You proudly manage large HVAC projects and lead professional teams to success
KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required
EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success
ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
You thrive on encountering and conquering new and exciting challenges
A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
FLEXIBLE: Available as needed; able to travel to client sites
