Reporting directly to the Global HSES Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overall implementation of Process Safety Management system for the organization and across all global manufacturing sites.
- Develop and maintain Process Safety Knowledge Management systems, including training programs and best practice sharing.
- Provide advice and guidance on all process safety management elements.
- Serve as SME for Management of Change (MOC) procedures and processes.
- Help develop/train in-house engineering and operations staff so that PSM practices become fully integrated.
- Operating as the senior individual contributor and expert in process safety, lead the development and maintenance the PSM Program across the organization.
- Support the manufacturing sites in implementing and sustaining these programs.
- Act as primary liaison between global business units, ensuring all businesses are PSM compliant.
- Works with key decision makers and site leaders to ensure compliance to regulations and standards.

- 10+ years’ experience in chemical manufacturing industry.
- 5+ years' of PSM experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Must have excellent communications and leadership skills and must be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Ability to travel up to 25% including internationally
- B.S. Degree in a technical discipline, preferably Engineering or related field
