Proven track record of leading data governance and MDM programs in complex, cross-functional organizations.
Expertise with Microsoft Purview and enterprise metadata/cataloguing tools.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of designing and scaling governance programs in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
Experience in the renewable energy sector or a similarly complex, data-rich industry is highly desirable.
Master’s degree in a related field or MBA is preferred.
Deep understanding of data quality frameworks, metadata standards, regulatory compliance, and stewardship models.
6+ years of progressive experience in data governance, metadata management, or enterprise data strategy roles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in stewardship workflows, data quality tooling, lineage capture, and compliance reporting.
