-Validate plans with project programs and apply the code analyses prepared by senior architects. -Actively maintaining and progressing the professional requirements for provincial internship. -Assist the architects and senior team members in project design. -Construction detailing and researching appropriate materials. -Review existing documentation and visit site to gather data for the preparation of architectural drawings, documentation, models and visualizations.
-Accredited professional architectural degree from a CACB recognized University. -Preference given to candidates with knowledge of visualization software (Sketchup, VRay, Enscape); Adobe Creative Suite and Generative Design Tools. -5+ years of relevant experience in an Architectural consulting firm. -Ability to obtain Reliability/Secret level security clearance -Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam. -Registration in, or eligibility to register in, a provincial professional internship program. -Bilingualism (English & French) is considered an asset
