Strong understanding of construction applications (anchors, firestop, MEP, structural, façade, oil & gas, or similar)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
Experience in direct customer-facing roles, technical consulting, or field engineering
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
UAE driving license and willingness to travel between project sites
Ability to influence technical decisions at consultant and contractor level
Customer-oriented mindset with high drive and learning agility
