The ideal candidate holds a BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering, and has six or more years of relevant professional experience. Professional licensure or certification such as P.E., R.A., or IIBEC credentials (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, BECxP, CxA+BE) is preferred.
