What you would be doing
  • Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
  • Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
  • Independently start and manage projects
  • Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry
What you bring
  • Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
  • Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
  • Experience utilizing prefabrication
  • We are looking for individuals ready to or considering relocation to Colorado
  • Current Foremen II and III will have 2-4+ years of supervisory experience respectively
  • Do you thrive in field leadership roles with responsibility for customer satisfaction, gross margin, and team development?
  • Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
  • Have 6+ years’ experience managing high dollar projects and large teams
