Description

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX, lead timely financial closings, consolidations, and reporting.
• Champion a strong internal control environment; oversee SOX, internal, and external audits, drive audit readiness and remediation.
• Harmonize accounting policies, controls, and processes globally; lead initiatives to streamline operations and improve data integrity.
• Drive global finance transformation by modernizing tools, digitizing workflows, and scaling automation across accounting, reporting, and control functions.
• Serve as global subject matter expert on complex accounting topics; partner with Corporate on interpretation and implementation of new standards.
• Direct month-end and year-end close processes worldwide, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness; standardize via ERP and reporting tool optimization (SAP, HFM, OneStream).
• Collaborate with FP&A and cross‑functional leaders to support business initiatives, analyze trends, and provide financial insights.
• Lead accounting due diligence and post‑acquisition integration; align accounting processes and controls for acquired entities.
• Build and inspire a high‑performing global controllership team; promote a culture of continuous improvement, Kaizen, and professional development.

Videojet is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director, Global Controller to lead our global controllership, compliance, and financial reporting functions. As a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team, driving financial integrity, operational rigor, and process excellence across worldwide operations. The role demands strong technical expertise, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to lead and influence teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA required, MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance and controllership experience in global, matrixed, manufacturing environments.
• Strong command of US GAAP, SOX, and public company compliance.
• Proven experience leading shared service centers and optimizing cross‑border processes.
• Knowledge of tax provisioning, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing.
• Hands‑on expertise with SAP, Oracle, HFM, and/or OneStream.
• Demonstrated success driving finance transformation and digital enablement initiatives.

Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $210,000 – $240,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for bonus pay. The total package includes paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees. Compensation details are subject to adjustment based on factors such as education, experience, location, performance, and applicable laws.
