Contracts Lead

Description

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to client reporting
• Support the Contract Manager with the delivery of reactive repairs to housing association properties
• Act as a key contact between operatives, residents, client representatives, and internal teams
• Promote a positive health and safety culture on site and in all operations
• Coordinate daily scheduling and allocation of works
• Monitor and report on job progress, ensuring timely completion and high standards
• Identify issues or delays and take proactive steps to resolve them
• Assist with performance tracking, compliance checks, and quality assurance

Requirements

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively
• Understanding of the social housing sector is desirable
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and performance monitoring
• Experience in a similar role within housing repairs or maintenance
