Help perform quality control review of administered leases. Correct any verifications and updates to meet required lease related compliance and reporting.
Gather and review data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure the payments of rent and property taxes are paid in a timely manner.
Assist with the preparation of reports.
Assess and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
Assist with the transition of new and existing accounts. Solve critical client issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc.

High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
Complex math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
