Collaborate with the Project Manager, designers, subcontractors, and owner representatives to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
Develop and distribute 3-week look-ahead schedules to all subcontractors.
Schedule, coordinate, and document all required inspections with local jurisdictions and special inspectors.
Conduct quality control inspections on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes.
Manage project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning support, and turnover documentation.
Lead all aspects of jobsite safety, ensuring every individual on or near the site is protected and safety protocols are fully upheld.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure full execution of contracted scopes.
Lead daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and pre-installation meetings.
Coordinate and manage daily field operations, jobsite logistics, and construction sequencing to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Maintain detailed, accurate daily logs, including progress updates and documentation on safety, quality, and schedule impacts.

Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts respectfully and efficiently.
Experience leading pull-planning sessions and developing look-ahead schedules with scheduling software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, one-line diagrams, charts, and specifications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey technical information clearly across diverse project teams.
Deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
OSHA-30 certification required.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Full-time travel to project sites across the U.S.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and on-the-job experience.
Lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
Ability to return home every other weekend.
