Site Manager - Tier 1 Fit-out contractor

Description

• Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
• Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems
• Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
• Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
• Supervise and manage the project through to completion
• Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

• Experience of delivering commercial fit out projects in excess of $10m in an SM role from start to finish
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes
